vsCore Option menu in Preferences

Upon installation, the vsCore option is added to the left navigation bar of preferences section and can be accessed via site setup by users with ManagePortal permission. Once set, reinstalling vsCore will not reset these properties to default.

The properties reside in portal_properties/vscore_properties and are as follows:

file_temp_path: Full path of temp directory for file downloads (used by vsGet).

skin_installed: Currently selected skin – can now be changed in preferences
  instead of in ZMI.

min_len:  Minimal recommended document size (used by < a href="utility-forms-and-functions">vsanalyze_len).
max_len:  Maximal recommended document size (used by vsanalyze_len).
min_ref:  Minimal recommended number of links per document (used by vsanalyze_ref).
max_ref:  Maximal recommended number of links per document (used by vsanalyze_ref).
